Please curate your own lightbox of images as a selection or ideas that will help us to help you. Once the image(s) you wish to request on loan have been placed into the lightbox, ensure they are ticked in the bottom left corner, then click on the ‘ACTIONS’ button and select ‘Start exhibition request for selected’.
You will be prompted to register/login if you have not already done so.
Fill in as many of the exhibition request fields as possible. Once a request has been made we will get back to you as soon as we can with our terms & conditions of loan, availability, and a quote.
We do need to charge exhibition loan fees in order to enable us to continue to care for the Archives and collection. The length of exhibition duration and amount of venues has a bearing on our fees.
Please note, exhibition loans are subject to availability and environmental & security conditions requirements.
